Changes or Cancellation
In the event that the Client makes any change to the program dates, the fee will be retained by DCEC and applied to any future presentations for a period of one year from the date DCEC was notified of the change.
In addition, if the change is made within 14 days of the program date, the Client shall be responsible for reimbursing all costs incurred by DCEC related to the program or advanced travel fees incurred directly by DCEC.
Cancellation of the workshops must be made at least 14 days in advance due to the detailed preparation that DCEC conducts prior to the speaking engagement date. If not cancelled at least 14 days in advance, the Client is responsible for the entire professional fee.
