Deb’s positive and delightful demeanor helped to make our declutter day a tremendous success. Deb Cabral’s presentation Dealing with Difficult Situations hit the mark with our Herkimer College students. Her program, specifically tailored to our student employees and student leaders, provided easy to implement strategies for students to successfully navigate conflicts in the workplace, the classroom or the dorm room. Her energetic style with interactive examples kept the audience of over 60 college students engaged throughout the entire training. While DC Efficiency Consulting may have a foothold in corporate training, their willingness to customize trainings to the audience resulted in a high impact program for our college students transitioning to the professional workplace.
