The coaching I received from Deborah was wonderful. The one-on-one session was the best part. Having her ask certain questions and us talking about the areas I could focus on to grow in to be an even better supervisor was a great experience. This allowed me to really have action plans that I could start to implement in my role. The group session was nice because as a leadership team we had skills and items to focus on which will help us as a team. Being able to see and hear how another supervisor was implementing their skill sets towards a common goal also gave me additional resources I could use.
